Point of Engagement (PoE) based score is not available in the Perfect Store facet of a visit.
SAP Cloud for Customer 1811 and higher
In 1811 release PoE score has been substituted by KPI Based Scoring.
Previously PoE and/or the Store is only based on the responses from the surveys. and you can see all the POE scores individually.
In New KPI Based scoring, KPIs are the basis for Store performance, and No individual PoE scores will be displayed, but Total Store Score will be displayed and which will be calculated based on KPIs score.
This is the expected system behavior.
If you want to enable PoE score you need to follow the below steps:
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Go to the Implementation Projects view.
- Edit Project Scope.
- In step 4 - Questions, expand Industry Solution -> Consumer Product Extended -> Perfect Store Execution and activate the question "Would you like to disable KPI based scoring?".
If you will check this, KPI based scoring will be disabled and PoE based scoring will get enabled.
