- Repeat Count is required when failure action is specified.
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Reproducing the Issue
- Prepare the item connector input file. Populate the FAILURE_ACTION.
- Run Item Connector.
- This is an expected behavior.
System needs to know how many times the user can fail before performing the failure action you set and that is what 'REPEAT_COUNT' is.
- REPEAT_COUNT is the number attempts the user has to take the content of an online item before the LMS locks the item. This only applies if there is a failure status setting applied to the item.
If there is a value set in FAILURE_ACTION, you must also populate the REPEAT_COUNT column in the file.
2316896 - Unlock an Item that is showing as locked in the User's learning plan
