When validating an employee import does the system validate if the required field is blank?

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center;
- Employee Import or Employee Data Import (the second if you have EC enabled);
- Select the file;
- Click validate;
- No error is shown even with some required fields blank.
The behavior is expected, the required on the field configuration means that the column is required on the import file.
If you validate the file, it will not show an error for not having information on some fields even if they are required on the data model.
