Schedule an Expert for Open Incidents offers a new way to connect with an SAP Support expert in a live, one-on-one 30 minute call at a time of your choice to discuss an existing incident. The scheduled appointments require a minimum 48h notice to allow experts to prepare for the session.
Schedule an Expert sessions can be booked for existing High, Medium and Low Priority incidents in a select number of product areas.
