2698930 - No Data is visible when using the DVM Cloud application - Authorisations


This document describes the necessary steps to get access to DVM Application data, in case one of the following symptoms occur:

1. The user is trying to logon to the DVM Cloud Application and receives the error message “User is not assigned to any data set”.

2. It can also happen, that a data file is uploaded to the DVM Cloud application (generated with report RAGS_DVM_CQC_ANALYSIS). After successful upload,  the data in the DVM Cloud App is not visible.

3. Having accessed the One Support Launchpad and searched for the “Data Volume Management” App. The DVM Application tile cannot be consumed with a message that says: “Not authorized – click to request”.
