2693432 - How to access / see detailed purge logs?

How to see detailed logs for purge requests on BizX? Users that were purged and reasons that other users were not purged.

To download the purge reports, you can follow the steps below:

1. Access Admin Center;
2. Go to Purge Request Monitor;
3. On the Purge Request Monitor, click Approved Requests (third tab as below):

1. For the purge request that you want the report, click the View Result button;
2. On the pop-up, click the link Download Complete Report (.zip) on the last line of the pop-up;
3. Then you will download a zip file with several reports over the purge.

On the files downloaded, you will have purge reports related to each module and its results.

If any user was not purged, you should find the reason to the failure on the file "UserObjectType.csv" on the column "Note".
