When opening the Candidate Workbench for a forwared applicant that has already applied to the job, the Non Applicant message is still being displayed.

Reproducing the Issue
- Forward a candidate to a requisition;
- Invite the candidate to apply;
- Have the candidate applying to the job requisition using the Invite email;
- Move the candidate forward in the application pipeline by clicking Action > Advance Candidate;
- When the candidate is moved to this second status, see that the Non Applicant message is once again being displayed, even though the candidate has just applied to the job.
System expected behavior.
It is actually expected, from a system perspective, that RCM will not properly process the application information if we have a forwarded candidate that has just applied to the job, advanced in the application (using Action > Advance Candidate) without ever refreshing the candidate application page in RCM since the moment the candidate started the application process. By the moment the forwarded candidate applies to the job, this application information is sent to RCM, but RCM is not able to properly process this information without having the page refreshed. The Development recommendation is that as soon as we have the candidate invited to apply to the job with an invitation email, we must also refresh the page and work on some other tasks for just a couple of minutes. This will allow the required information to be sent and processed by RCM and avoid the issue. In regular day scenarios, this issue is probably not going to affect the clients, as recruiters will not stay with the candidate application open (without doing any other action) while the candidate applies to the job and accepts the offer.
