An option Export to Microsoft Excel is disabled in the work tickets via adaptation.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Work Tickets view.
- Click on the Adapt ->Edit Master Layout .
- Select the Action icon on the right hand side and put cursor on Export to Microsoft Excel.
You can see the there is no option as Change Properties, so this cannot be hidden.
Currently this is not available.You can use the Ticket list which supports all the capabilities available in Work Tickets list.
This is an expected behavior in the current release.
