2687130 - Validation Rule not working on Clicking Cancel button

Validation Rule does not work as expected on Cancel Action and only works for Save action

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to the required screen ( eg: an Opportunity screen ).

2. Enter Adaptation mode.

3. Create a Validation Rule for a field OR create a Rule for a Change Property ( such as Mandatory, Visibility etc.) using Rule Editor.

4. Save and Apply your changes.

5.Enter Edit mode fr the screen.

6.Click on Cancel button instead of Save Button.

7.The error message set by the Rule does not come up.

Validation Rules work only for onSave action i.e on clicking Save button.

This is expected behaviour.
