2686327 - I-9 3 Business Days Workflow not Created due to WOTCStartDate Missing in New Hire's Data - Onboarding 1.0 [US I-9]

Symptom

  • US Form I-9 Section 2 is blank in New Hire's Onboarding Activity
  • MA_I91_HaveDocuments is equals to No and no I-9 3 Business Days workflow triggered for the new hire (See KB2243647 for more information)

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

Cause

The start date (WOTCStartDate) of the new hire is removed or deleted.

Resolution

For Live Customer(s)

The system removes the value of WOTCStartDate hence I-9 3 Business Days workflow is not created. To rectify this behavior, SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support engagement is needed and a Support Incident is required to facilitate this reported issue. In addition, please follow the template when creating an incident and provide the needed information below.
