Symptom

This article provides information on how to proceed if E-Verify panels went blank and won't populate.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In [ SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding ], take or open the E-Verify activity of the candidate
  2. Blank Panel shows

Resolution

Please reachout to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support to manually resolve the E-Verify Activity, please refer to KBA 2082846 for incident creation guidelines.

In addition, please provide the following information:

  • Candidate Name
  • Case Number
