When is Recruiting Interviewer Notifications triggered compared to Upcoming Interview Notification.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

Recruiting Interviewer Notification -> For Interview Central Only

  1. Go to Job Application -> Set up Interview
  2. Add Interviewer and select time -> Email triggers
  3. Notification is sent from E-mail Notification Templates -> Recruiting Interviewer Notification 

Resolution

  • Recruiting Interviewer Notification is used when using Interview Central
    • Please note that this template cannot be disabled
  • The template in Recruiting Email Triggers "Upcoming Interview Notification" will be used only in case of Interview Scheduling.
