You are adding a Related Item of type Visit to a Task and you notice that the Task type is being displayed as Appointment instead of Visit.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Activities workcenter.
- Go to the Tasks view.
- Open any Task.
- Go to the Related Items facet.
- Click Add and select Task Type: Visit
- Select a Visit.
Result: In the Add dialog, the Task Type has now changed to Appointment and cannot be changed back to Visit.
This is a known usability issue which will be fixed in one of the future releases. Other than the text changing, there is no issue affecting the functionality.
Once you clicked Add in the Add dialog, the item will be displayed correctly with the Task Type Visit in the Related Items facet.
