IQ report downloaded from LMS UI is related to a different LMS instance.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access Learning Adminstration
- Go to System Admin > Environment
- Click 'Download IQ report'
- Check the content of the pdf file and notice that in 'SuccessFactors LMS Product Installation Details', the Schema Name is pointing to another LMS instance.
The instance was refreshed, hence the IQ report was overwritten with the IQ report of the source instance.
Contact SAP Customer Support to request for replace the current report with the correct IQ report into your instance.
