2677276 - Home Page V3 Universal Roll-out Impacts - Onboarding

• N1 Hiring Manager activity is not loading. Throws an error.
• Not able to process N1 activities
• "About Us" is not visible or it is not redirecting to the employee portal.
• Home page Tour is not working after 1808 release

All Environments in 1808 or higher version

Home Page V12 not supported anymore. Refer KBA:  2623354 - End of Life for V12 Home Page

In b1808 release, HomePage V3 (Replacing Homepage V12)rolled out Universally.

Home Page V3 only works with MDF based new hire activities 
    • Customers need to migrate to MDF based new hire activities 
            • Partners please review the chapter about "How to Configure Hiring Manager Activities" in the implementation guide                      
            • Script need to be run for migrating to MDF. Please create a support ticket. Cloud Product Support team will assist you in the migration process.

‘About us’ link will be removed from Home Page V3
     • Custom tile need to configured for ‘About Us’ link to take us to employee portal
            •Refer KBA : 2653473 - About Us link missing in Home page - Onboarding

Home page tour need to be reconfigured in Home Page V3
