2677178 - LMS: Learning Assignment Import

When importing the Learning Assignment it is failing with a comment:

Remove Invalid action

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

PRE REQUISITE:

Fill out the Learning Assignment template with the data that you need to update. On the Action column, enter "Remove" to remove these learning assignments to users specified on the template.

1. Login as LMS admin

2. Go to System Admin > Tools

3. Import Data

4. Choose "Learning Assignment" on the drop down

5. On the Import Option, choose "Add"

6. Browse the file that you want to import

7. Submit

You will see that the Status says "Failed" and when you download the Error Log, you'll see on the Comment column it says "Remove Invalid action".

The Import Option "Add" is used to add Learning Assignments to users and not remove them.

For you to be able to remove the learning assignment, you have two options. On the Import Option, you may choose either of the two, depending on your need:

1. Update

If you are just to update or remove an existing Learning Assignment, you may choose this.

2. Add and Update

If you will also assign some Learning Items to users and update/remove other Learning Items, then choose this instead.
