Symptom
Customer has configured multiple microsites and have one default career site linked to all the micro-sites .
Once a candidate is applies to a job from one of the microsites and lands up in the in New Application Status, when you check the candidate summary, in the "candidate Source" column and "source" column default career site name shows in those column rather the microsite name .

This is an expected behavior .
Resolution

Microsite is associated to the job posting and not a specific candidate and will therefore not be reflected on the candidate record.Therefore it is an expected behavior that candidate source doesnot reflect the microsite name , it reflects the default career site name .
