You set an Employee as Delegate of an Employee that is out of office and you expect that the Home work center loads the same content of the Employee that is out of office. However, while logging in the system with the user to which you delegated the function, you notice that the Home work center does not load the same content of the person that is out of office.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Administrator work center.
- Access the Delegates work center view.
- Click the Create (+) button.
- Set the employee B as delegate of employee A (where A and B stand for actual employee IDs in your system).
- When employee B logs into the system, content of the Home work center from employee A is not shown.
The Delegate function does not work with the content of the Home work center (KPIs, shortcuts, mashups, custom tiles etc.).
This functionality only copies access data (assigned work center, access restrictions etc.) and notifications of tasks for which the previous user was responsible, but not individual details.
Currently, this is the expected system behavior.
