I am unable to open a second screen or Pop Up window Within My Content in the SF Mobile App
SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Mobile Learning does not support launching multiple screens within a learning content object. This includes content attempting to open a pop up or a tab in the default mobile web browser.
These are best practices for creating Learning content intended to work not only on the SAP SuccessFactors desktop web application but also on mobile devices:
- Do not use content that requires opening an additional pop-up window for SSO.
- Do not use pop-ups.
- Do not use spaces within URLs intended to be displayed on mobile operating systems. When entering a URL into a field, be sure there are no spaces before the URL.
- When links are followed, ensure that destination URLs are displayed in the current window. Do not open links in new tabs or windows, as you might for a typical desktop browser.
- Mobile App does not maintain cookies so content that is not Cross Domain and has resources hosted outside of iContent may not display.
See the links in the references field below for further guidance on mobile content creation.
