Symptom

  • In SystemLog (transaction SM21), you see repeatedly from the WP type "IC":
    "Q0I Operating System call connect failed (error no. 13)"

  • In ICM trace file (dev_icm), following messages are written repeatedly:

***LOG Q0I=> NiPConnect: /tmp/.sapicmXXXXX: connect (13: Permission denied)
*** ERROR => NiPConnect: SiConnect failed for hdl 103/sock 32
    (SI_ECONN_REFUSE/13; UD; ST; /tmp/.sapicmXXXXX)
