2664717 - "Could not instantiate data source" error on S/4 HANA Design Studio

When accessing a Design Studio dashboard on Fiori, the data source cannot be initialized you see the following error:

Could not instantiate data source "DS_1" for query "<query>"

On Chrome debugger you see the following:
