  • A long running process is killed.
  • it leaves phantom locks with the following errors in the ASE errorlog:

    Error: 631, Severity: 21, State: 4
    The length of xxx passed to delete row routine for the row at offset xxx is incorrect on the following page of database 'dbname': Page pointer = 0x0x2caa508
    00, pageno = xxx, status = 0x101, ptnid = xxxxxx, indexid = 0, level = 0, pnextrno = 0. The expected row length is xxx. The offset should be no greater than xx.
    Error while undoing log row in database 'dbname'. Rid pageid = xxxxx row num = x.
    WARNING: Pss 0x0x00000001f67a1e88 found with open sdes. pspid [killed spid], psuid xx, pcurdb x, range entry x, sdesp 0x0x00000001d41b89a0, objid xxx.
    Error: 6103, Severity: 17, State: 1
