2659551 - Save button color in portlets is darker or lighter

The color of the "Save" button in portlets, are darker or lighter than the other buttons.

This the expect behavior of the system. When you open a portlet and do not fill out any information for the fields, the "Save" button will be darker/lighter (depends of your theme), as the same is blocked. Once the information for the fields in the portlet is populated, the button color will change, as expected.
