While running SUM to prepare the upgrade of the target system, SUM halts in begining of the upgrade in the PREREQUISITES phase. The excerpt from the log file shows:

Procedure is executed with correct user.
Valid kernel release 722 has been detected.
Kernel patch level 400 used in source system is sufficiant.
File '.newuserconcept' indicates new user concept.
Old user '<classic concept user>' found.
Check for active processes.
New user concept has been detected, nevertheless old user profiles were detected. Please consider a cleanup of user profiles no longer used with the new user concept. You can use tool MGTIFSOWN to transfer ownership of IFS objects to user PAFADM. SUM procedure can continue.
SAP Host Agent (release 7.21) patch level 32 is sufficiant.
>>> ERROR >>>: Specific IFS authorities for system <SID> could not be fixed (rc=-9). Failed!
Running the report 2609561 RSBTCDEL2 (enhancement 2 of report RSBTCDEL) to clean-up old data as documented in Knowledge Base Article 2609561 has not resolved the problem.
