Symptom

  • Is it possible to Report on how many times Password and Account have been Resets for a user?
  • Is it possible to report which users are currently blocked and require Account Reset?

Resolution

Currently there is no options available to report on Password Resets, Account reset or accounts needing reset in any of our reporting tools (Adhoc, ORD Dashboard).
