  • You are using Solution Manager system to handle multiple customer numbers for VAR scenario.
  • For SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP07, it is necessary to configure additional logical port for this scenario.
  • This KBA provides steps to configure the additional logical port SM_SP_<VAR customer_number>_H in SOAMANAGER.
  • The following error messages would appear in the job log (eg. REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT) if the multiple customer handling is enabled without the logical port SM_SP_<VAR customer_number>_H being created.

  No logical port 'SM_SP_<VAR customer number>_H' exists for the proxy class 'CO_SISEHUB_MI_O_AS_PUT_EXTERNA'
  An exception was raised
