Duplicate Email Notification Sent after Onboarding Completion

Reproducing the Issue
1. Move the canddidate manually from Onboarding status to Hired status
2. After Onboarding, the same candidate will be moved to Hired status
3. The recipients for the Hired status will receive two email notifications that a candidate was placed in Hired status
This is an expected behavior. As the system will generate an auto email once the candidate's Onboarding is done. When you place the candidate manually to Hired status, another email will be sent as this is the email configured from the applicant status configuration.
You may access Admin Center > Edit Applicant Status Configuration > choose Hired status > find the configured email template
From the path above, you will see that the once the candidate is placed to Hired status, the email will be sent to the configured recipients.
You may also check email template by accessing Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Email Templates to also see the recipients in CC
Follow the process of Onboarding to finish and it will move the candidate to Hired status, then only one email notification will be sent automatically. Do not move the candidate manually to Hired status, as it will send another email notification.
