User is enrolled in a Scheduled Offering for a blended item, but when the item is completed, the Scheduled Offering ID is not appearing in the Learning History record.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Enroll the user in a Scheduled Offering
2. The Item will appear in the user's Learning Plan
3. Access the item and complete it.
4. Check the user Learning History for this item. The Scheduled Offering ID field will be blank:
This is happening because the user was able to complete the course by himself and it's an expected behavior.
For Scheduled Offerings, learning must be recorded by the instructor using the 'Record Completions' button. This is the only way that the Scheduled Offering ID will be displayed in the learning history record.
If the blended item is configured to record learning when the user finishes the content, it doesn't matter if he's enrolled in a Scheduled Offering or not, that's why that information is not displayed.
