What are the workflows needed to be able to remove the ability of adding or editing Locations and Facilities
Environment
SuccessFactors Learning
Resolution
Follow the steps below:
1. Login as an LMS admin
2. Go to System Admin > Security > Role Management
3. Search for the Role to be changed/updated and edit it
4. Go to the Workflows Tab
5. Expand the "Learning Management"
6. Remove the following workflows:
- Add Facility
- Edit Facility
- Edit Facility Cost
- Add Location
- Edit Location
- Edit Location Cost
7. Click Apply Changes
NOTE:
If you want to achive the opposite (to be able to add/edit Locations and Facilities), then add these workflows instead by clicking on the "add one or more from list" link.
