You are a VAR Support Partner and you would like to change the link (URL) which you and your End Customers see when opening an Incident in the SAP One Support Portal.
The link should redirect the Incident to the Partner Incident management system.
A Partner and their End Customers are offered a link in the Incident Wizard which will open an Incident in the Partner's Incident management system.
