- Admin has assigned Curricula to multiple users with the User Needs Management tool and the items are not appearing on the User's learning plan
- From the LMS Admin, the User Record shows the Items assigned in the Assigned Items related list, but the Assigned By column is blank
- Running the Learning Needs and other LMS reporting shows the Items and Curricula assigned to the Users, but the Assigned By (or Added By) and Add User fields are blank
