In this document we will go through the process of providing SF Cloud Product Support (CPS) API Information.
In some cases it is necessary to provide CPS API Credentials to progress API issues, such as error codes and missing records/entity data. This information can then be used to test API queries from CPS side on REST (OData) and SOAP (SFAPI) API's.
Customer/Partner is having an issues with the API Query. Issues include:
Query Structure - missing syntax or incorrect API URL.
- Missing Information - API Query not returning expected data/records.
- Status Error Codes - e.g. Authentication failed, no API login permission(status code = 14).
Please provide the following information to progress API Issues:
API Username and Password:
The username of the user with all API permissions allocated to them (carries out the API Queries) alongside the password are needed.

- API Query:
Provide the full API Query which resulted in the error or missing data. An example of an OData Query below:
Your written permission/confirmation is needed before CPS can test the query on our side.
Please provide the declaration in full via the ticket.
