Resolution

The Employee Enrollment Digest APM sends periodic notifications with digests of enrollments to Supervisors of their subordinates. This can be used where Supervisors receive a large number of enrollment Notifications for their subordinates. The Employee Enrollment Digest sends one notification with the details of the enrollments and changes to enrollments since the previous run of the APM.

The notification will be broken down by Scheduled Offering then enrollment status.

The Employee Enrollment Digest is independent of other System notifications. It can be used to summarize changes to subordinate enrollments for Scheduled Offerings on a periodic basis. It includes all scheduled offering enrollments and it will show all enrollments, not just those that require approvals.

This will also impact the Alternate Supervisor if user has one setup. In this case the alternate supervisor will receive the Employee Enrollment Digest, even not being the direct supervisor.
