You want to know how the Sales Support Block checkbox works at header level as well as in the Sales Data facet of an Account.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Customers work center.
Go to the Accounts view.
Open Account 123 (where 123 is the Account ID).
You can see the Sales Support Block checkbox in header.
Navigate to the Sales Data facet.
You will be able to see the Sales Support Block checkbox for each line item in the Sales Data.
The account in question has a block that forbids the creation of that type of document.
The 'Sales Support Block' will block the Account at the Sales Area level, meaning that such Accounts cannot be used in any transactions.
In case of integration with ERP/CRM, such blocks are replicated to C4C.
The Sales Support Block at header level will block any other transactional document related to the blocked account.
The Sales Support Block in the Sales Data facet will block the documents, but only those created for that particular sales organization.
That is why the system does not instantly prompt the error message ("Sales Support block set for...") while trying to create a new sales document or Activity since it is waiting to check it against the sales data combination.
