Reproducing the Issue
Modify any configuration in Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration > save > error pops up.
The base object of the rule mentioned during assigning in BCUI is not same as base object of the rule:

To solve this, we need to look all the way to the right under "Rules" in BCUI > jobInfo. Next to that is a small box (quick card) "View Rule". Click on that box. This will open the rule. When the rule is open, look under Parameters. Make sure it also shows Job Information, which is in sync with its base object on the manage business configuration. If it shows something different, like Employment Information, then it issue persists.
