After enabling the DRS API feature for Russian Data Privacy from provisioning, we are not able to import personal information for Russian employee’s data because we get an error message “Invalid request”

Reproducing the Issue
- Turn on Reside PII in Russia in Provisioning
- Schedule Sync PII data job
- Once it has run, try to import personal data
The API Secret field needs a value to be filled in it

- When enabling this solution, you must also add a API secret. It can be anything you want
- We recommend to name it after the instance id
Note: If you have issues importing data for Russian users, or adding data to personal information portlets like email or national id after an instance refresh has been performed on your system, please re add the secret here. If you do not, the secret from the source system will be set here and the sync will fail and throw an error.
