2629365 - Talent Pipeline Statuses are not replicated in Advanced Analytics

Symptom

Advanced Analytics allows customers to evaluate trends in source performance over time. Because Advanced Analytics allows customers to evaluate trends in source performance, we recommend syncing ATS data monthly, rather than daily or weekly.

Status Mapping is a required task to have Talent Pipeline statuses from RCM mapped to RMK statuses. This type of task is performed during the implementation process by an Implementation Partner or Professional Services.

If the customer wants to make changes in the mapping after the implementation, a Cloud Product Support Incident can be opened specifying which statuses from RCM should be mapped to RMK as per KBA 2557093.

However, in some cases not all statuses can be mapped as they are not available in the Advanced Analytics tool. This is normally caused by a configuration issue.

Cause

A possible cause is that the Talent Pipeline statuses were not created in Provisioning and consequently cannot be imported into Advanced Analytics.

Resolution

Creating the statuses in Provisioning is an implementation task and the customer should contact an Implementation Partner or Professional Services to do this before requesting the statuses to be mapped by the Analytics team via a Support Incident.
