Symptom

In the Log Viewer in NWA, you are able to see the below message. No functionality errors are seen in Enterprise Portal.


Unable to retrieve log records, due to: Service call exception; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out (local port <port no.> to address <IP Address> (<url>), remote <port no.> to address <IP Address> (<url>))
