Depending on the browser used, when user is navigating from BizX to LMS the following error is generated.

Reproducing the Issue
Logon to BizX
Select Learning from the drop down menu
Error generated as outlined above
For this particular error, it may be related to a reverse proxy setting that customer has currently configured.
You will need to check BizX Provisioning to confirm this then check the BizX configuration settings in LMS to ensure that the urls match up
Check BizX Provisioning first
Select Company Name > Company Settings > search for Reverse Proxy Url Prefix
If the reverse proxy is configured, then note the URL populated
2. Navigate now to LMS > System Admin > Configuation > System Configuration > BizX
- Confirm that the urls populated in the baseURL and metadataProviders[IDP1].value fields match the Reverse Proxy URL from BizX Provisioning.
