2621031 - When Creating a Workflow Rule There is no Status Field Available For the Business Object Assignment


When creating a new Workflow Rule, the Status field is not available for selection for the Business Object Assignment.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to the Workflow Rules view.
  3. Select the New button.
  4. In the Business Object field, select the value Assignment.
  5. Choose a value in the Timing field.
  6. Go to the Define Conditions tab.
  7. Select Add Group.
  8. The Status field is not available for selection.


The field is called Assignment External Status Code.


When creating a Workflow Rule with the Business Object Assignment, the Status field is called Assignment External Status Code.
