- SAML SSO has been set on SAP Analytics Cloud.
- OAuth Bearer assertion has been also set up between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Hybris Marketing Cloud (S/4HANA Cloud) successfully.
- After navigating to any of the dashboards on Hybris you're facing an error message in SAC:
"The file you have selected does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it."
- Your user on SAC has Admin rights assigned.
- SAP Analytics Cloud 2018.
Reproducing the Issue
- Set up connectivity between SAP Analytics Cloud and Hybris Marketing as per SAP Analytics Cloud Integration Users Guide
- Go to your Hybris cockpit and choose a tile, as an example "Lead Dashboard".
- You'll be redirected to SAP Analytics Cloud and the above error appears.
- There have been no business content imported into the SAP Analytics Cloud system.
- Perform the import of content packages from the Content Library as described under "Selecting content packages to add to your SAP Analytics Cloud tenant" from the above guide.
