SAP Cloud Connector (SCC)has network connection issue. After restarting the SCC service it works fine for few hours.
The following relevant exception can be captured in the ljs_trace file:
#Unexpected exception while establishing tunnel connection for tunnel: account:///<Subaccount Name>
io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information: connectivitytunnel.hanatrial.ondemand.com/<IP Address>
