2614999 - Clearing the 'Requirement Urgency' field does not update the 'Requirement Priority' field in PR

Symptom

You have activated Requirement Prioritization. In an existing puchase requisition (PR), the fields 'Requirement Urgency' (EBAN-PRIO_URG) and 'Requirement Priority' (EBAN-PRIO_REQ) have already been filled. Now you edit the PR and delete the value in the 'Requirement Urgency' field, and you expect the 'Requirement Priority' field to be cleared too. However the 'Requirement Priority' field retains its previous value.
