When you select a value for Service Category field in Ticket quick creation page, an error "Please enter another service category. XYZ is not valid." occurs. (XYZ represents the Service Category ID)

Reproducing the Issue
Under Service Entitlements work center, you have already created active Service Categories.
Go to Service work center.
Go to Tickets work center view.
Click New button to create a new ticket.
- In the quick creation page, Select a value for Service Category field. Then you find that the Service Category ID appears in the field instead of the Service Category name. And error "Please enter another service category. XYZ is not valid." occurs.
Space is used in the Category ID, which is invalid.
For example: TA ENGINEER is not a valid ID, you can correct it to TA_ENGINEER
Remove/Correct the space used in Service Category ID.
