2610183 - User Experiencing Monitoring shows 'No Data Available' for the scripts executions - SAP Solution Manager 7.2


The User Experience Monitoring scripts have status running, however the EEM UI Dashboard shows message 'No Data Available'. The following picture describes the issue:


The eem.log of the EEM Robots shows the following error message to call the notification web web service:

Jun 11, 2017 4:20:42 AM [Thread[EEM WsNotifyQueue,5,main]] Error notification call failed for URL http://<solman_host>:<http_port>/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/ai_eem_bulk_notification_st?sap-client=100 (user: SM_EXTERN_WS)
[EXCEPTION] The server sent HTTP status code 401: Unauthorized
