It is noticed a great slowness to open a user record from the Administration side of LMS.

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to LMS Administration side
Click Users menu > Users
Search for any user
Click at any user to open its record
A great time is noticed to open this user record (more than 30 seconds) or a timeout issue occurs
There are 2 possible causes for this issue:
- A referenced custom column used by the user record contains a large number of referenced values. Therefore, for opening the user record, all the data needs to be fetched, which takes time to load.
- The employee has too many items assigned to the Learning Plan, causing LMS to take more time to load the user record.
For Cause 1: It is suggested to disable the dropdown for the referenced Custom Column by following these steps:
Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > Search Selectors > Custom Column User Reference
Locate the line: dropDownEnabled=true
Change it to false: dropDownEnabled=false
Click Apply Changes button
For Cause 2: the employee will have to complete the items, or the Admin can remove courses from the Learning Plan to reduce the amount of time it will take to load the user record.
