Symptom

When an agency user is adding/submitting a new candidate in the Agency Portal, is it possible to add more fields or remove any?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to your Agency Portal
  2. Select a job requisition
  3. Add a new candidate by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the screen and select "Submit New Candidate"

Resolution

The only supported fields for this area are:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Country

Adding additional fields is not supported at this time. It is also not possible to remove any of these fields and they cannot be made non-mandatory. Please submit an Enhancement Request if you wish to see this functionality added in a future release.
