You found there are several transaction types dispalyed for one Message type(such as incidents or change documents) in CRM UI --> My messages - Assigned to me.
And you just want to display one or part of the transaction types.

When you want to search ITSM documents via status in CRM UI,you may found there are same status for different transaction types.
Otherway around: Transaction type is not showing in the Search.
You are following note "1758090 - Archiving Solution Manager Incidents" to archive incidents,but in write phase, there is below error in the job log:
CRM Order xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx(GUID) has an order type not customized as incident
And there is a ST22 dump like below?

Transaction type is maintained in DNO_CUST04 but still when trying to create a new incident, it is not showing up the required transaction type.
