Resolution

Classic Onboarding Dashboard

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding
  2. In the Work Queue, click the audit button (screenshot0016_ 11012018024437.png)

  3. Find the date or change the start and end date
  4. Look for the Event Code STEP_RESTART

  5. Double left click the row to show the reason for activity

Fiori Onboarding Dashboard

    1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding
    2. In the Work Queue, click the audit button
