SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2587948 - BI Landscape SDK Library Update message appears during CMS logon and the BI Platform Support Tool client will never re-start successfully


When trying to generate a Landscape Analysis Report by SAP BI Platform Support Tool, it prompts message as following:

The client is restarted but again prompts that it needs to update the SDK Library and the client will never start successfully.
